The Belgian Association of Scripophily (B.A.S.) is the only Belgian non-profit-making Association which gathers the collectors of old bonds and shares.

This site is as well dedicated to the scriptophilists informed as the amateurs who want to discover this hobby or people curious about the value of old papers they found.
This site covers the scripophily world-wide except US papers that are too numerous to be integrated here and already documented by other sites and publications.

We update regularly our database with new items and pictures.

This site is divided into 4 main parts

1. Main menu: you will find here general information on scripophily, our association, the value of bonds and shares and will have the possibility of making you 'guest' member ( free membership) or 'full' member ( paying membership).
2. Our sales Internet : you can view the lots of our special sale and in the future you will be able to see the lists of the bonds and shares being sold by our members
3. Manage my data: this part is reserved for our members. They can here manage their personal data such as address, password, but also encode their own collection or modify the incorrect data of our data base.
4. Definitions, conventions and miscellaneous: we summarize here certain definitions (share, bond, script,...); we explain the international system of evaluation of the quality of bonds and shares and the conventions used during the encoding of these papers. Finally we process various subjects such as the Gutt's law, the Russian bonds, the dematerialization of securities in Belgium, the incompetence of banks to estimate some of your old securities, ...
